Established the research practice at Etsy, responsible for user experience research, market research, and market trends analysis for the fast-growing online marketplace of handmade and vintage products. Grew the team from zero to ten researchers in less than eighteen months.

Played a leadership role in the redesign of and a major branding and segmentation initiative. Forged close working ties with the data analyst team to create a cross-functional insights organization to support the full spectrum of Etsy’s products and services.
