in which i sign up for a tour of duty in rainy Victoria, British Columbia to work on a project for the BC government. so far it's an interesting gig - i'm thinking i just might end up learning a thing or two. plus, my hotel room looks out on the harbor in downtown Victoria. so as suitcase consulting gigs go, it could certainly be much worse...
