Michael Wesch videos

October 27, 2007

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of seeing Michael Wesch (of The Machine is Us/ing Us fame) give a talk at the IDEA conference in New York, where he debuted two new videos that are now available online:

A vision of students today - A commentary on the anachronisms of classroom education in a digital age, created as a collaborative project with his students at Kansas State.

Information R/evolution - A Web 2.0-y take on digitization, information theory and such.

Both are well worth a look, as his Mediated Cultures project.
